It’s warming up out there, and everywhere I look there is a different popsicle recipe….so I am at it again.  However, it should have taken me a few moments to blog this recipe up for you, …….but I made the time consuming mistake of checking my spelling of “popsicle.” Much to my surprise….. Whoopie Pies are a fun and tasty treat no matter what time of the year.  Recently, I was given a scrumptious pumpkin spice whoopie pie & it knocked my socks off!   This recipe below can be tweaked & flavored any way you want!  It also utilizes the cake mix, so you don’t have to spend a lot of time or do a lot of dishes!  :)           The Cake: 1 Box of Cake Mix w/pudding in the mix (whatever flavor!) 3 Eggs 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup oil Mix. Drop 2 TBS of dough on greased or parchment covered cookie sheet – 2 inches apart.
